THE PINNACLE SERVICE

• Annual inspections of exterior siding,   exterior doors, roof, windows, foundation, wharf & bulkhead

• Scheduling/coordinating tradesmen for semiannual roof cleaning & power washing

• Scheduling/coordinating tradesmen for semiannual service of mechanical system

• Pre-storm prep & post-storm clean-up prioritized client

• Minor household projects, maintenance & repairs as requested

The Pinnacle Signature Service is offered annually for a $10,000 fee. This fee covers the annual inspections, scheduling of trades & provides you with a single contact for whatever home & property needs you have. 

Services provided beyond the annual inspections and the scheduling/coordinating of tradesmen will be billed at cost plus 20%.
